Billing Application

Florida Blue is an insurance company serving 15 million people across the U.S.A. The billing application for customers was in need of a major redesign. The redesign included the need to add a new user flow as well as modern visual treatments.

To help the user feel confident in the end-to-end payment process, a new design system was created. These additions allow the customer to pay with a variety of tailored options that best meet their needs. I worked with my manager, Eric Crawford; Ashli Thomas, Pankaj Bhagwat, and a team of developers to create the application.
